2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
